If we determine that a valid claim exists, we will, at our discretion, repair, re-install, or replace the defective product. This warranty is based on the assumption of normal and reasonable use of our products. It does not cover damages resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to overloading, impact, improper maintenance, natural events, or unauthorized tampering by third parties. Please note that any tampering or modifications made by individuals other than authorized Need For Build personnel will void this warranty.

If, within 30 days of project completion, our installation fails to meet our quality specifications and we are unable to rectify the issue within 90 days of notification, we will provide a complete refund of your purchase price. Please note, that this guarantee does not cover dissatisfaction with chosen colors, styles, products, or the purchase price.
